AI Features and Third-Party AI Processing

Invisihome offers optional AI-powered features: Smart Search, Investor Score, and Seller's Plan. When you choose to use one of these features, we send only the inputs needed to generate your result to our third-party AI provider, Google LLC, through the Google Gemini API:

• The natural-language text you type into Smart Search
• The address, price, and characteristics (such as beds, baths, and square footage) of a listing you ask us to analyze
• A property address you enter to generate a selling plan

We do not send your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, payment or financial information, or your private messages to the AI provider. Google processes this data only to return the requested result and, under the paid Gemini API terms that apply to Invisihome, does not use it to train its models. AI results may be cached for up to 30 days to improve performance.

These AI features are optional. The app asks for your permission before any data is shared with the AI provider, and you may decline and continue using the rest of the Platform normally.

With Real Estate Service Providers

When necessary to facilitate real estate opportunities, information may be shared with:

• Title companies
• Escrow companies
• Real estate professionals
• Legal service providers

Legal Requirements

10.2 Data Analytics

We use PostHog, a product-analytics service, to understand how users interact with the Platform and improve it. Analytics requests are routed through our own domain, and we do not send your name, email address, phone number, or financial information to the analytics provider. Where required, analytics run only after you consent, and you can opt out at any time using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control in our website footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out.

11. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
